centre

The centre of the wall is ideal for footwork and controlled practice with a slightly slower rebound rate than the edge of the wall.

1

edges

The edges of the wall have a faster rebound rate and are ideal for working on reactions and strokes such as fast volleys, resets and speed work in general.

2

green panel

The green panel also known as the tin can be used to replay a version of squash with either pickleball or a squash ball or a racquet ball. These types of rallies allow for intense movement drills.

3

multi person

With players on both sides of the wall a version of volley games can be played focusing on touch control and movement. This is particularly fun on the beach. (beach video)

4

learning resets

The wall is a great tool to use as a back board when learning resets and you have your coach hitting the balls directly at your face.

5

adjustable

Change the tension of the net with the handy bungees to increase or decrease the amount of rebound - depending on the ability of the players or the specific game you are playing.
